Registration for 2008-2009 Adventure Guides Program 

Returning members can begin registration on July 28, and new members can register starting August 11. To register, print and complete the registration form and return it in person, by mail or by fax. If registering by fax, please ensure to confirm receipt by the YMCA.

September Event

Individual excursions will have their own events in September.  Contact your excursion chief for more details.  Check the Expedition Directory for contact information.

The next expedition event is Induction and Cabin Camping at Callaway Gardens on October 4 and 5.  Registration information will be posted in September.

The calendar features induction, Callaway Gardens, tent camping, cabin camping, community volunteering, father-daughter dance, Pinewood Derby and lots of chances to make great memories and establish new friendships between fathers and children and among local families.

Character Beads - (YMCA Values) ...   

Dad's... Don't forget to keep an eye on your Princesses and Guides and let your chief know if they have done something special to earn a Character Bead.  Beads should be given out at each meeting by the tribe's Bead Bearer to adventurers or guides that have exhibited one of the YMCA values,  Honesty , Responsibility , Caring , or Respect .  They should receive a bead of the corresponding color.
