Dads and Kids, Come Join in Our Adventures!
April Event: Excursion Event
April is an excursion event month, so contact your excursion
chief for your excursion's plans.
May Event: Cabin Camping at
High Harbour
This is the event that every adventurer and explorer looks
forward to the most. It's two nights in cabins at YMCA
Camp High Harbour at Lake Burton. We'll have scavenger hunts,
s'mores, boating, canoeing, dodge ball, archery, rifle range,
gem mining, blobbing, swimming and the broken arrow ceremony.
May 1 through May 3. Space is limited so
register quickly. Registration ends April 24.

This year's calendar is rapidly coming to a close, but we
couldn't be finishing with better events for dads and kids to
have fun together with other families.
Character Beads -
(YMCA Values) ...
Dad's... Don't forget to keep an eye on
your adventurers and explorers and let your chief know if they
have done something special to earn a Character Bead.
Beads should be given out at each meeting by the tribe's Bead
Bearer to adventurers or explorers that have exhibited one of the
YMCA values, Honesty , Responsibility ,
Caring
, or Respect . They should receive a bead
of the corresponding color.
